Reba McEntire and John Legend made it to the homestretch of "The Voice," but the Queen of Country Music found herself in the winner's circle.
Team Reba singer Asher HaVon was crowned the winner of Season 25 during the NBC singing competition's two-hour finale Tuesday night. Bryan Olesen of Team Legend was declared second runner-up after HaVon's teammate Josh Sanders.
Following his "Voice" triumph, an emotional HaVon was joined by McEntire onstage, where the two embraced under a cascade of red and white confetti.
"Thank you for giving me such a safe place to be my authentic self," HaVon told McEntire moments before his win. "Thank you for making me believe in myself, and I promise you I will never let you down."
Earlier in the night, HaVon and McEntire took the stage together for an uplifting duet of "On My Own" by Patti LaBelle and Michael McDonald.

"I have seen you grow. I have seen you change, not (in) any way of your personality or your talent, but in your happiness," McEntire told HaVon. "I know you’ve had such a great time here on 'The Voice' and everybody has had a wonderful time with you, especially me."
John Legend calls Asher HaVon 'the best vocalist' on 'The Voice'
On Monday, HaVon made his bid for finale glory with mesmerizing performances of "Last Dance" by Donna Summer and Whitney Houston's "I Will Always Love You."
The 31-year-old got into the groove and dazzled with his gospel-inflected performance of the Summer disco classic, with Legend suggesting HaVon has found his musical niche.
"I truly believe you're the best vocalist in this competition," Legend said. "Maybe this is a lane that you should consider. … Some of the best artists in disco and house were gospel-trained and have that voice. It fit you like a glove."
