Things have escalated swiftly.
Taylor Swift was shown at Arrowhead Stadium during FOX's broadcast of the Kansas City Chiefs' game against the Chicago Bears on Sunday. Swift was sitting in a box next to Donna Kelce, the mother of Pro Bowl tight end Travis Kelce, and was cheering while wearing a red hoodie as the Chiefs prepared for kickoff.
The pop superstar and Super Bowl champion have been rumored to be dating for the past few weeks, with Kelce's brother, Philadelphia Eagles center Jason, joking about their relationship status.
Kelce had a three-yard touchdown catch from Patrick Mahomes as the Chiefs routed the Bears 41-10. While watching the play, Swift erupted in cheers from the suite.

After the matchup, Mahomes was asked by Erin Andrews on the FOX broadcast if he had added expectations knowing the pop culture icon — and her fans — were watching.
"I heard she was in the house. I felt a little bit of pressure, so I knew I had to get it to Trav," he said. "And of course, it’s a route that Travis, he does his own thing and just makes up a route and I throw it to him. I think he wanted to get in the end zone just as much as all the Swifties wanted him to."
The tight end shared his crush on Swift on his podcast with his brother. Kelce said he tried to give the 12-time Grammy winner a friendship bracelet with his number on it at her recent show at Arrowhead Stadium, but failed to do so.

Kelce then revealed Thursday that he invited her to a game.
"I told her that I've seen her rock a stage in Arrowhead and she might have to come see me rock the stage at Arrowhead …," he said. "We'll see what happens in the near future."
And to cap it all off, the two were spotted together after the game.
